We are in a holding pattern due to COVID.  LISD has suspended all after school enrichment classes for the fall semester.  We will assess as the spring semester draws closer.  In the meantime, we hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy!  We miss seeing you but know this is what needs to happen in order for everyone’s safety.

We are looking forward to the spring classes of 2020!  Register and join us for one of our 8 drama and improv classes.  We hold class at 6 different schools from 3:00-4:00 and one centralized location (Flower Mound United Methodist Church) in the evening if after school does not work into your schedule.  Our spring session will have at least 10 classes.  The final class will include a mini performance showcasing your child’s skills they have learned throughout the session.  All are welcome to attend the “Afternoon at the Improv!”  The performance is free for everyone!

Monday: Bluebonnet (3:00-4:00)- January 27, February 3, 10, 24, March 2, 9, 23, 30, April 6, 13=final performance in Library

Monday: Timber Creek Elem. (3:00-4:00)- January 27, February 3, 10, 24, March 2, 9, 23, 30, April 6, 13=final performance TBD

Tuesday: Heritage (3:00-4:00)- January 28, February 4, 11, 18, 25, March 3, 10, 24, 31, April 7, 14=final performance in Library

Tuesday: Wellington* (3:00-4:00)- January 28, February 4, 11, 18, 25, March 3, 10, 24, 31, April 7=final performance TBD

Wednesday: McAuliffe (3:00-4:00)- January 29, February 5, 12, 19, 26, March 4, 11, 25, April 1, 8=final performance TBD

All sessions are $150 per child.  Sibling discount of $25 issued in form of a check on first day of class.

We hope you had a great summer and school is off to a great start!  We are preparing for our fall classes and can’t wait for you to join us at one of our locations!  Each location will be 10 sessions.  Tuition is $150.  Sign up siblings and get a $25 discount!  Register and pay online or send in a paper registration via mail with a check.  Remember any child can go to any location.  They do not have to be a student at the school they attend.  All children are welcome at any school!  Also, our Flower Mound United Methodist Church location is for any student that can’t make it to a 3:00-4:00 school class.  This evening class is also for middle schoolers!  We have had many that attend this class to keep their acting and improvisation skills sharp!

We have added two more classes to our schedule.  We are so excited to be invited to Timber Creek Elementary!  Our fall schedule is as follows:

Tuesdays: Heritage Elementary (begins 9/10) and Wellington Elementary (begins 9/24)

Our summer camps schedule is set and we would LOVE for you to join us!  We are holding one Performance Camp and one Everything Theatre Workshop Camp.  The dates and times are as follows:

Camp 1: Performance Camp, “Rock! The Musical”

July 22-26 (Monday-Friday), 8:30-12:30 daily, performances at 5:00&6:00pm on Thursday

Who put the rock into rock ‘n’ roll? Discover how different rock styles developed through the decades with this delightful musical which features a humorous script and eight original songs. Come have fun with us!

 Camp 2: All Things Theatre Workshop Camp

July 29-Aug. 2 (Monday-Friday), 8:30-3:30 daily

Does your child LOVE all things theatre? If so, this is the camp for you! Each day, we will focus on a specialized theatre theme your child will explore. Themes and units include: Puppetry and Performance, Improvisation and Character Development, Costume Design and Mask Making, Stage Movement, Black Light and Set Design, Silent Movies, Storytelling and Friday Funday! Tuition includes all supplies and materials. This exciting camp will not only help children gain an appreciation for theatre arts; they also discover the depth and variety this fine art has to offer!

This camp runs all day (8:30-3:30) to help you before school starts!

Sign up before May 31st and receive an automatic $20 discount per registrant!  Add a second camper and get a $25 family discount!
